Orders: E-mail to confirm availability of an item. If the item is in stock you may prepay by cashier’s check, money order, personal / business check, or Paypal*. There will be a brief hold while your payment clears our bank. We do request an e-mail with your full name, address, and phone number prior to shipping. We set up and adjust each guitar prior to shipping. “Project” guitars have not been set-up. Prices listed on this web site do not include shipping. Please ask for a shipping quote to your address. We are not currently shipping to locations outside the US.
Holds: We will hold any equipment with a deposit. If you assure us that payment will be forwarded within the next business day we will hold it pending receipt of your payment or deposit. A 15% deposit will hold most items for 30 days. In the event a customer fails to pay-off an item within the 30-day period, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the full purchase price. Holds are not transferable, meaning the deposit on one item cannot be switched to another item. In most circumstances holds are not allowed on items under $100.
Credit Cards: Checks and money order payments do not have a handling fee. For an additional 2.5% handling fee, we accept Visa & Master Card payment through "Paypal" which is a secure online service. *All Paypal payments incur a additional 2.5% handling fee.

If you elect to pay through Paypal, please include the following on the notification email when you're signed onto the site: the item you're buying, your full name, shipping address, and phone number.
Shipping and Return Policy: Items from our web site (except amplifiers*) come with 48-hour inspection with full refund, minus shipping, if you are not satisfied for any reason. Items must be returned shipped (fully insured), at your cost, within 48 hours of receipt, in their original shipping container and in their original condition. Shipments are normally done via UPS Ground and are insured for the full value. Depending on distance, shipping a guitar will normally cost from $25.00 to $40.00. Amps and other large items can vary greatly on cost. Pedals and other small items will be shipped UPS or Priority Mail, fully insured, at a cost of $5.00 to $7.00. We pack well, however any damage claim must be made with the carrier by you the customer. We will intervene and assist when needed. We have daily (M - F) scheduled UPS pickups from our business. We cannot guarantee transit time in shipping or delivery dates. We will pack and ship your item within two business days. We will estimate the date of delivery and provide you with tracking numbers.
*Amplifiers are fully checked prior to shipment but are sold "as is" with no refund policy.
Restocking Fees: Normally there is no restocking fee. Exceptions: (1) Guitars where there is a modification done at the customer's request such as adding a pickup, sanding back of neck, special setup (such as changing to heavy flatwound strings), changing parts, etc. In these cases a restocking fee will be charged, at least in the amount of parts and labor plus, in some cases, devaluation due to potential loss of sales to future customers, e.g. future customers may not want a saddle pickup or the neck sanded. (2) Guitars that were on 30-day hold will be charged a 15% restocking fee
Transit Times: We have daily pickup service with United Parcel Service (UPS) and most shipments are sent via UPS Ground form our location in SW Florida..
Trades: If you wish to do a trade or part trade, please e-mail us a full description of your item(s), including: year, model, color, condition, breaks/repairs/problems, modifications, and type of case and accessories. Once we agree on a deal, you ship us your trade-in (and payment) and we ship out your purchase the following business day. We reserve the option of returning, freight-collect, any items that were, in our opinion, misrepresented, or are unplayable. Please do not send us your problem gear and hope that we won’t mind. Work with us to prevent returns where UPS is the only winner. For trade values, please keep in mind that we will not pay full retail, but generally near 80% of the current retail (Blue Book) price.
